The line outlet cover assortment
The most important line outlet cover is the highly-watertight IP68 stainless-steel inspection lid #-0000 which is supplied with all of our floor tanks. This lid is essential for outdoor applications due to rain. For indoor applications where wet-cleaning machinery is in use, this lid is also essential as IP67 lids would only deter water intrusion for a short amount of time.
For the extensive requirements of our customers we offer a broad range of alternative lid solutions which are all interchangeable. This way you can achieve the optimal lid solution for each floor tank position and instance.

Optically even more inconspicuous are line outlet covers without visible edging on the bottom tank cover. The height of the clamping screws in the flood-proof lids is individually designed to match the thickness of your floor covering. The floor tanks can thus already be cast in the screed before the tile thickness is known.

The most unobtrusive cable outlet covers imaginable are without edgings and clamping screw. However, the omission of the tensioning screw also means that they are not flood-proof.

Fine screed flooring belongs to modern architecture. Therefore we offer IP68 waterproof cable outlet covers with edging. Optionally normal edging or wide design edge (picture), also suitable for liquid installed plastic floors and cast terrazzo

With this cable outlet cover the cable outlet can be closed with a hinged flap IP44. It can be opened inwards, thus avoiding a high, ugly trip hazard. A small suction cup is required for removal, which protects the lid against unauthorised removal. Alternatively with screwdriver groove.

For floors made of white marble or warm-toned woods, for example, brass fittings can create a higher quality ambience. The StarConnex range also offers this option as a brass cover, satin-finished, ground in a neutral direction or polished. Combined with its absolute watertightness, this makes it ideal for yacht and passenger shipbuilding. Lids are available in stainless steel V2A / V4A, brass and copper, polished on request.
These carpet edgings can be easily inserted into the floor tank lids. The outer diameter of the edging is 138 mm. Supplied with an insert cover with cable outlet and a closed insert cover for removal with a suction cup or optional screwdriver. Adapts to any new carpet thickness (!).

This cable outlet cover is gladly ordered as well. If a floor tank is used, it is exchanged for the watertight line outlet cover and thus covers most of the line outlet opening.

This cable dome can be inserted into the lids of StarConnex floor tanks without tools, so that no surface water can run into the floor tanks. A useful accessory in wet areas. Height above floor approx. 50 mm (2"), including seal.

For outdoor use, this rain cover, which can be attached to the cable dome without tools, offers secure protection. It also provides protection for the cables when vehicles drive over them.

For longer use in outdoor areas or other wet areas, such as in industry, there are cable outlet covers with up to 4 IP68 waterproof cable bushings as accessories, for example for illuminating Christmas trees or in swimming pool areas. The plugs do not have to be removed to feed through the cables.
